Latest Tethers
I was honored to capture M's maternity session when she was pregnant with K. During that session, we wondered what K would be like earth side! Turns out, K has big personality bundled in her little body! Her carefree and adventurous energy had us running after her the entire shoot!! Her smiles, her giggles, her tiny voice reminded me to live in the moment because life moves so fast....
"How lucky I am to capture the miracle of motherhood before K arrived earthside."

Most clients call me Auntie J...

.....Because Jadrienne is too long for the kids to say, I embodied Auntie J! I grew up in a big family on a tiny island, and that lesson taught me how to recognize intimacy amongst chaos. Spending so much time tethering our souls to what we love on this earth, only to learn how to untether ourselves when we have let go - this is still learning curve for me. I value treasuring and preserving every moment in this lifetime because borrowed time can be unforgiving. Can you tell I wear my heart on my sleeves? I've been fortunate to be welcomed into sacred spaces where I've captured a teeny tiny glimpse of the highest level of love and sorrow in life. Thank you for being here, and I hope to meet you!
xoxo, Jadrienne or as the kids say...Auntie J
Family bonding with Auntie J
Being an Auntie is one of my highest honors. Family sessions are relaxed and go with the flow most of the time! Let's reserve our energy for a fun activity, and I will bring my camera for snapshots. We love snacks, we read, we race, we build forts, we play hide and seek, we have meltdowns - all of us, and then we eat snacks to make it all better.
The Untethering Project
A special part of Earthly Tethers that is very vulnerable and raw. With a heavy heart and infinite love, the Untethering Project is dedicated to the souls I've loved and lost in this lifetime. Most especially the animals who have crossed the rainbow bridge. Grief fills my world in abundance, so I'm harnessing that heaviness by commemorating final golden days with families who want to celebrate their pets. Tethering myself to something I love on this earth is the easy part, it's the untethering part that I'm still navigating. It's uncharted territory, but I'd be honored to share my space with those are also untethering...
